  Having a very nice experience vacationing here so far. The park is extremely well kept and quiet, with 24/7 access to laundry room and rest room/bathing house which they keep locked with a PIN. There's a pool here which is always clean and also a recreational club house where they have activities such as bingo for the residents/guests. Mostly older people here, which ensures a respectable environment. Animal friendly and includes dog clean up stands so no worries of stepping in anything. Fair price and extended stay is offered. Recommended for any RV goers staying in the Cocoa Beach area. 5 stars.
