  Call them for septic service. Driver showed up with inferior probe to locate my septic tank. He then called the owner and he showed up 30 min later with a much better probe. Owner spend 30 min looking for my septic tank and concluded in had to be under my concrete patio. I couldnt believe it was under my patio and was devastated to hear i would have to dig it up. He then wanted to charge me 125.00 for a service call. I was reluctant but decided to pay him. He stated if I had found the tank he would credit me the money towards pumping it Next day i decided to speak with neighbors and ask where there septic tanks were located. I had found that the house was on city sewer system. Laughing about how a septic guy who claims to be in the business for over25 years wouldn't have seen or even check that after not finding the tank. I called hi the next day a thought I should be due a refund being that he was the expert. He declined to refund me and hung up the phone. Even the original driver said that it didn't seem fair to charge me. Good luck with these people. Seems that 100 bucks means more to them than their reputation. Call Palm Bay Septic
