Recently after the death of my Mother my family contacted Curtis Myers office expecting to settle a small life insurance claim. I was terrified to find out that his office did not keep records of a correspondence about a beneficiary change from submitted to them in October of 2014. If fact he (Curt) basically told my sister on the phone that I was a Lier... "His office has no record of any conversation for 7 years". After I produced proof of the previous correspondence in writing Mr. Myers quickly changed his tune, but still no claim will be processed as the company is requiring us to go through Probate Court which can take Years. This is NOT why my mother purchased this policy.
This is clearly a company that is based on SALES Only, just don't try to file a claim. Also the Corporate offices are not any better, since they alone caused the problem back in 2014.
