  I highly recommend 'A Lifetime of Fitness' and personal training by Jacque no matter what your fitness level is, whether you are a tri-athelete or an out of shape office worker like I was. I have been attending personal training twice a week for the past 5 months with Jacque and have really seen and felt the progress. I feel stronger, hurt less and generally just feel good! Jacque has a tremendous ability of adjusting and modifying training sessions depending on your level of fitness and/or how you feel that particular day. If you have even considered the idea of personal training don't waste a minute more and give them a call, you won't regret it.
