  I called this company to replace a door. They were nice enough to tell me that they could come out for a quote that day, I had not even asked for them to come out that soon. So I went home from work and waited.... and waiting until 4 pm. I called to be told that the guy had already left my area, but he had not called me or the office to let them know. So I was waiting for nothing. The women in the office continued to tell me that no other door company would have come out same day, again I did not ask for that, and they never came the same day. I made another appointment for a few days later and was told 10-12 pm. I spoke to someone from their company at that morning at 10 am where he told me if he left then he wouldn't get to my house until about 12 pm. He was just coming from Rockledge.. so 2 hours it was going to take to get to Melbourne. I told him no thank you, and that I was done with the company. I messaged the company on Facebook immediately about the issue, my message was read and never returned. Obviously this company does not care of they treat potential customers. Horrible customer service

  This is for the SOUTH store, and MY experience may not be typical.
  
  Took 3 days for a single car garage door/w opener to be installed. All dates & start times were agreed upon, each one was missed.
  
  Day 1 The replacement tech w/ helper came late in the day this tech was sick and after taking the old door out he packed his tools and left.
  The manger came to start the install & close up the opening (kudos here).
  Originally scheduled tech raced over & worked into the night to install the door and close up the opening.
  Day2 Two hours late for the agreed upon start they'd stopped for needed materials from Lowes and used my power saws finished the door & hung opener.
  Day 3 wired opener everything looks good and works fine.
  
  Day 4 final inspection, can't verify "impact resistant door windows" due to manufacture lacking identification ($275.00 add-on). Called the office for info for the inspection call not returned.
  
  Tech's schedule & coordination problems, needing materials and "tooling up" prep for this job led to a 3 day project...calls not returned for window verification info topped it off.
  
  Finally the door looks great, works very well... this was NOT a smoothly executed install and maybe not typical...
