  My business ordered water from this company, what a horrible experience.
  When we asked that our scheduled water deliveries be skipped the driver would still come and drop off the water to our neighbors since we were not in the office. We would be charged for the unwanted water and not receive an empty refund because we were not there to trade out bottles.
  I called and asked how to stop the unwanted deliveries and was told that if I did not make a payment on the account it would freeze my deliveries until I was ready for them to start again. I received a collections letter recently from them because I did not pay the $31.00 past due on my account. I did not receive any warning letters. Crystal springs says it was at the bottom of an invoice sent 10/20/16 (I'm the only one that checks the mail, did I miss this one letter?). I called Crystal Springs to tell them I did not want to cancel my account I just wasn't ready to order water yet. The lady that answered my call told me "there is no way anyone here would tell you not to pay on your account". Well lady I didn't purposefully let $31.00 go into collections and still want service, can you help me? No, they would rather lose the business. The water cooler is the loudest I've ever worked around. I asked if they where a local company and she said no they are nation wide, maybe that's why they don't care about small businesses.
